Estate Planning

Apr 08, 2025 5:30 PM

“I want to create a world where families are free from worrying about the security of their legacy.”

Kate’s credentials of a Masters of Divinity and Juris Doctor, as well as her role as a hospice chaplain, give her unique insight into the challenges facing older people at the end of their lives. She has seen what happens when the right protections are not in place and is dedicated to advocating for vulnerable people.

Rocky Mountain Elder Law LLC serves Colorado’s Front Range and is available to support families in the Denver Metro area.

Great Outdoors Colorado

Apr 15, 2025 11:30 AM

These are the places that GOCO has helped open up and protect. Places we share. Places we take care of. Since 1992, GOCO has invested a portion of the proceeds from the Colorado Lottery to help outdoor organizations, including local governments, nonprofits, and Colorado Parks and Wildlife, complete more than 5,800 conservation and recreation projects in every corner of this spectacular state we call home. And that makes us all winners.

Jeffco Open Space

May 13, 2025 5:30 PM

Jeffco Open Space was founded as a land conservation organization in 1972 by PLAN Jeffco and The League of Women Voters of Jefferson County. These organizations proposed a unique concept to the Board of County Commissioners to preserve the scenic vistas and open lands within the county using the collection of one-half of one percent tax on sales in Jefferson County to fund the program. The voters agreed, thereby ensuring perpetual land conservation, stewardship of open space and parklands, and access for public enjoyment.

DeAngelis Center Foundation

Sep 25, 2025

We know that school shootings are the number one polling issue for our school families. We also know that our community members want to do something to help as well as wanting to learn the facts to support school and community safety. We’ve developed our community safety education trainings to help you become a part of building safer schools and communities.

Learn how to support school and community safety:

  • What is the DeAngelis Center Foundation and what are we doing to build safer schools and communities?
  • What are our roles as parents, guardians, and community members in the safety conversation and what we can do to make a difference for our families and others?
  • What are the largest safety concerns for our children and others in our community?
  • What resources does the DeAngelis Center Foundation have to allow me to assist in building safer schools and communities?
